PRINCIPAL VIOLIST of Israel Philharmonic Orchestra which she joined in 1984, Susan and Elihu Rose Chair.  B.A. Yale University cum laude,  Joseph L. Selden prize; M.M. The Juilliard School.

Student of Raphael Hillyer, Paul Doktor, Max Aronoff.

Marlboro Music Festival, 1982.

Faculty, Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, Tel Aviv University; Nordic Music Academy.

Has given Masterclasses in Brazil, U.S., Europe, Israel.

Solo performances with Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra.

Chamber music with Martha Argerich, Emanuel Ax, Yefim Bronfman, Yuja Wang, Pinchas Zukerman,  Lynn Harrell, Fazil Say, Sarah Chang, Christan Tetzlaff, Gil Shaham, Felix Galamir, Barbara Dever and Nikolaj Znaider, David Garrett, among others in Israel, Italy, Denmark, the US. Violist, quartet-in-residence Bargemusic, 1980-82.

Solo performance with Pinchas Zukerman (RCA); Itzhak Perlman, Yo-Yo Ma (Carnegie Hall); Salzburg Festival.

In joint concerts has led the viola sections of the New York Philharmonic, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Has led under the batons of Mehta, Abbado, Muti, Masur, Maazel, Dudamel, Dohnanyi, Barenboim, Sawallisch, Robertson, Zukerman and numerous others.

Active participant in KeyNote educational project of the IPO.
